Simply enroll, prepare your sealed package with a prepaid shipping label attached, and place it outside your door by the scheduled pickup time on Tuesday or Friday. Boomerang will pick it up and transport it to the designated carrier.

No. Your Boomerang Returns membership gives you access to unlimited eligible pickups, but you only schedule a pickup when you have a return ready. Simply complete the Pickup Request Form before the weekly cutoff, place your sealed, pre-labeled package outside your door by 8:00 AM on your scheduled pickup day, and we'll handle the rest. No return this week? No problem. Your membership remains active and ready whenever you need it.

Boomerang currently accepts sealed, pre-labeled return packages weighing up to 25 pounds that can be safely carried by one person. Oversized items, furniture, appliances, hazardous materials, and items requiring special handling are not eligible at this time.

Boomerang currently transports eligible pre-labeled returns for major shipping carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS.

Yes. Packages must weigh 25 pounds or less and be safely handled by one person.

No. Customers are responsible for obtaining and attaching a valid prepaid shipping label before pickup.

At this time, Boomerang accepts Amazon returns only when they are fully packaged and include a prepaid shipping label. QR code-only returns that require processing at locations such as Kohl's or other retailers are not currently supported.

Scheduled pickup days are Tuesdays and Fridays. Packages should be placed outside your door by 8:00 AM on your scheduled pickup day.

Boomerang provides service updates via text message throughout the return process.

You may cancel at any time by emailing hello@boomerangreturnsco.com before your next billing cycle. Future recurring charges will stop after your cancellation request is processed.
