Boomerang Terms & Conditions

Service Description

By enrolling in Boomerang services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Boomerang provides scheduled pickup and transportation of eligible pre-labeled return packages to the designated carrier. Boomerang does not provide shipping labels or inspect package contents.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide securely sealed packages with a valid prepaid shipping label attached.
Ensure packages weigh no more than 25 pounds unless otherwise approved.
Place packages outside the designated residence by 8:00 AM on scheduled pickup days.
Provide accurate pickup information and contact details.

Packages that are unlabeled, improperly packaged, overweight, or unavailable at the scheduled pickup time may not be collected.

Transportation Authorization

By enrolling, you authorize Boomerang to retrieve and transport your eligible pre-labeled return package(s) to the designated shipping carrier on your behalf.

Billing Authorization

By enrolling, you authorize Boomerang to charge the payment method provided for your selected membership plan on a recurring monthly basis until canceled.

Billing occurs monthly on or near your enrollment anniversary date.

Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of service until payment is successfully processed.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time by emailing hello@boomerangreturnsco.com.

Cancellation requests received before your next billing date will prevent future recurring charges. No partial refunds will be issued for unused service periods already billed.

Communication

Customers agree to receive service-related text messages and emails regarding scheduling, pickup confirmations, billing notifications, and important service updates. Standard text messaging rates may apply.

Limitation of Liability

Boomerang exercises reasonable care while transporting eligible packages but is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage occurring after a package has been accepted by the designated shipping carrier.

Boomerang is not responsible for improperly packaged items, incorrect shipping labels, prohibited contents, or inaccurate customer information.

Weather and Unforseen Events

Service may be delayed due to severe weather, road closures, emergencies, or circumstances beyond Boomerang's reasonable control. Customers will be notified of any service disruptions when practicable.

Privacy

Customer information is collected solely for the administration of Boomerang services and will not be sold to third parties. Information may be used to communicate regarding service updates, billing, and operational needs.
